At Urban Skin Rx®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your glow. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our website.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
